Our Story

When Manghum Consulting first started, I had the opportunity to travel consistently in partnership with an Oklahoma based leadership consulting company. I spoke to underserved, first generation college students -- to encourage, empower, and equip them to succeed in higher education and build their legacy.

Sharing my life experiences and insights to help the next person take ground in their own life became a passion. Over years, I have navigated new levels of leadership, added new experiences, completed trainings, and received coaching, leading to the expansion of my professional work.

Now I work across the nation, with students and adults in all types of environments - small group facilitation, all day trainings, keynotes, and coaching. I am passionate about 3 primary topics: Mindset Mastery, Goal Getting, and Financial Freedom.

Seeing the transformational changes and “lightbulb moments” of my clients is what keeps me moving.
